Extra notes: We are urgently looking for one or two full time expert and very experienced developers/companies to build a Call Centre Type Application for one of our very old customers. DEADLINE IS STRICTLY 25/07/18
Following is a brief summary of the application required and we understand this is usually created in Perl Python using Asterisks open source but developers are welcome to use any other technology as long as they can complete this from start to finish. Please note we will want to use UK based Voip Companies for the calling feature.
BASIC Requirements:
Entities are as follows:
1. Admin (Owner)
2. Clients
3. Employees (call agents)
4. Agency Users
A typical Scenario will be as follows:
1. Client Calls in. a number or through website
2. Client is asked to Enter their Account ID using their phone or web browser
3. Client is then Asked to enter their password using their phone or web browser
4. Client is then asked to Enter their Language ID e.g. for Spanish 1, for English 2, for French 33 etc.
5. As soon as Client Enters their Details and Language ID
6. The call should then look for who is online for, for example Language ID 1 or 2
7. Then call hunt down three Agents for the required Language ID and ring for a few seconds. Whoever answers the call should be assigned to that job. All calls duration etc should be logged.
7. If the first three people do not answer then next 3 people should be called OR if no one available then calls should be diverted to a static number.
Remember, Admin will have many controls.
More specific details will be provided after having received evidence of developers experience and ability in this field. More importantly this project MUST FINISH by 25th Feb 18 and must become fully operational.
NOTE: Due to urgency and very tight deadline, we are aware that more than one developer will be required to work so please ensure you have at least two developers to work on this simultaneously. You will also be working using teamviewer on our PCs.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE: our client already has a website application where all of their clients, employees and agency users are registered on their web portal so there will be a direct link and connection between this web portal and app with our clients existing app which is currently being designed and finished. SO YOU WILL BE required to continuously liaise and work with our asp.net developer as well to ensure this project goes smoothly and scuessfully and finishes by no later than 25/02/18.
