Script PHP for a virtual PBX

General information for the business: We need to program a function for our virtual switchboard
Description of requirements/functionality: Currently we use an online switchboard service (Netelip) and we need to be able to make outgoing calls in which, when you pick up the phone, the recipient listens to some pre-recorded audio.

For this the Netelip API is used. It is possible to program such functionality using PHP, for example. This is the API guide with the different commands and several examples: https://static.netelip.com/downloads/manuales/manual-api-voice.pdf

Specifically we need a script in which we can manually change some variables: Nº from which it is issued (we have a pair of virtual numbers), nº to be called and audio that is launched. We also need a record of the calls (a txt would be enough to let us know if they have picked up the other side, and the duration of the call in that case).
