Description

Experience Level: Expert
General information for the business: Integrate UPS Access Points into our website
Description of requirements/functionality: We want to integrate UPS Access Points into our site - https://www.ups.com/content/us/en/bussol/browse/access-point-shipper.html

(I have attached documentation about the locator API)

The way it works is, during checkout the user can select his closest UPS access point for the item to be delivered to.

(See attached example)

It might be useful for you to checkout these two Magento extensions, as they offer exactly what I am looking for (but for OpenCart) -

https://www.magentocommerce.com/magento-connect/webshopapps-delivery-options-for-ups.html
Extra notes: This is a prime example of an OpenCart website that integrated Access Points -

Hello David, I'm UK based and I would love to take this up. Are you sure balr.com is built in Opencart? I see its built in PHP. Do you need similar extensions for Opencart?

  • Darshan S.

    i. You need to purchase extension

ii. Do you have a UPS account?

  • Yasin S.

I checked your given extensions and its paid. Did you purchase these?

How exactly you need to apply UPS API? Please let me know so that we can give estimation

  • Soni N.

    Hello.

As per your initial draft, your example is built with PHP, not with the open cart platform and I also didn't found your existing website in it.

So do we have to work on PHP or Open Cart (Framework)? Please clear this.

Hope you can clarify this thing.

    Thanks.
