Kind of development: Customization of existing program
Description of requirements/functionality: If mandatory fields are not filled out then an error message should appear prompting the user to enter details.
OS requirements: Windows
Extra notes: I have an Invoice sheet which needs to be much better automated and made efficient.

When the sheet is filled out the user needs to have 3 different options available to them. There will be 3 buttons placed on the sheet (see attached).

1) Save the file as a PDF within a specific folder
2) Save the Excel sheet within a specific folder also.
3) Or alternatively as a combination the file will be saved as a PDF (within a specific folder) as well as export the file via Outlook simultaneously with a automatic email template filled out.

I need this done as cheap as possible.
