Hi
I have an idea how to do this with macro but dont have the time to look into it.
Need a excel worksheet which has several buttons on the front sheet, i.e. submit invoice, submit expense etc etc.
This then pops a form to complete and then updates the back up schedules.
A very simple example of me starting one is here.
Background: I am in the process in discussing OCR scanning possibilites with a developer enabling clients to email receipts and excel document then being populated but also need an alterntive for clients not prepared to pay the little extra for this and all they do is subnmit this excel worksshet to me on a monthly basis which then allows me to upload into my accounting software.
The key criteria is for this to look professional, hence should be easy to writeup but want it to look clean and professional as well... i.e. user friendly.
Needed quite quickly please.

This may also be part of an website as well so clients can just submit on the website rather than using an excel document, so please consider this also.
