Microsoft Access order entry / printout of delivery note

We are a new age shop in Epsom, Surrey. We also have a website and paper catalog, we currently have a bespoke Access database to store all our customer details and their order history. We now wish to extend this database and make it user friendly with the ability to enter customer orders directly when they phone their orders through and then to print out a delivery note.

We have attempted to write a functional specification which is attached but please feel free to ask any questions.
