Overview

We’re launching consistent football content and need a designer who can create bold, high-CTR YouTube thumbnails fast. Expect timely briefs around matches, transfers and breaking stories, so responsiveness in GMT (London) is essential.

Scope

3–4 thumbnails per week to start (1280×720, 16:9, <2MB).

Clear focal point, strong hierarchy, readable at small sizes.

We’ll provide titles/hooks; you’ll add ideas to sharpen the concept.

Mix of supplied assets (faces/stills) and tasteful stock where needed.

Standard deliverable: 1 main thumbnail (no A/B variants at the start).

Turnaround: same-day/24h on rush items; 24–48h otherwise.

Brand & Files

Branding: TBD (we’ll evolve a style together).

Deliver: web-ready PNG/JPG + layered source (PSD/AI) preferred.

File handover, naming and rights: to be confirmed with the chosen designer.
