London, GBMuhammad clearly did not have much experience with Microsoft Office and was unable to apply styles and heading formats correctly. In the end I took what he provided and fixed it to make a proper template myself. Would not use again

I was open to feedback throughout the project, but no complaints or revision requests about the template were shared at the time. Had this been communicated, I would have fixed it immediately.
