Help Grow New Youtube Channel

I am in the process of setting up a new Finance Youtube channel and need help to ensure that it is set up correctly and then to grow the subscribers. I have been busy uploading content onto the channel (20 explainer videos) and will be also looking to add personal videos etc. I am looking for an experienced Youtube channel manager who can work alongside me to help grow the channel asap...
