Social Media - BB

My son is starting his 11th grade year of high school and is a very talented baseball player. We need someone to edit film and pictures we have for his Twitter account. These videos and pictures will all be of him playing baseball (pitching / hitting / 1st base). The goal is to be attractive to college baseball scouts. We need a freelancer that is able to edit, post, and help us reach more college coaches through Twitter. It would help if the freelances had a good deal of knowledge about baseball.
