Social media marketing

I am about to launch a small webdesign and graphic design business and am looking for someone to help me with the social media marketing for my businesses but also potentially for someone that I can refer to my future customers... I would rather focus on design and not branch out into social media myself, so having the right person to refer my customers too would be a big plus. :)
