Experience Level: Expert
We are looking for a highly creative social media manager with an eye for performance to manage our channels on an ongoing basis. We need someone who can think strategically but is hands-on to manage the day-to-day execution.
The scope of work:
1. Creating and leading the social media strategy for PPH aiming at building brand awareness
2. Ideating and running creative social campaigns to grow brand awareness, and trial
3. Developing ideas for social media/community engagement and turn them into unique storytelling campaigns that will inspire our target audiences
4. Tracking and reporting the effectiveness of campaigns and propose optimizations to maximize results
Channels in scope:
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn (min. required but not exhaustive, open to ideas for other channels)
The strategy to bring to live:
PeoplePerHour is the champion for business success. From both sides of the community, we hear feedback from our customers that PPH has helped them to build their business from the ground up. We want to spread this message on several channels (Above the LIne, PR and social). This project is about helping us with the social media part. We want the strategy to be story-centric; leveraging our community and show the people making this marketplace the place to turn to if you want to build or grow your business.

1. Please respond with proof of clients credentials, examples of campaigns, tracking tools you use.
2. Share some first ideas on how to tackle the brief.
3. Tell us how you will manage the campaigns; how far do you plan, how often review & track etc.
4. Please share your weekly or monthly fee to manage the social media from strategy over ideation to executing & tracking.
