1. Management of Social media Channels (Instagram, Facebook, others?)
Management of the Company’s paid social media ad’s and organic posts for the business.
Paid ad’s
The principal aim of the paid ad’s at this stage is to generate leads (often via Facebook lead forms attached to the actual ad). Freelance candidate will be required to:
o Setting up of ad’s within Facebook Ad’s manager
o Running several concurrent ad’s to AB test (different pictures, copy, call to actions, etc.) and allocate budget to the better performing ad’s in terms of lead generation
o Daily monitoring of ad performance for optimization
o Generating weekly and ad hoc analytical reports, including ROI measures, on performance with recommendations on future strategy
o Monitoring and feedback of competitors ad’s / organic posts and what their offers are with recommendations of how your offer/ad sits in comparison?
o General industry new best practices and how these can be incorporated into the Coach paid advertising strategy

General organic posts to help both build the brand, engage with existing pre paid customers and to help drive traffic to the website for lead generation.
2. Assist with EDM’s and text message communications to the database of leads
Management of communication via EDM (e.g. Mail Chimp) and text messages platforms.
