I need a social media campaign to help launch my new business

I started a new on-line business in September last year which is designed for the interior design profession. I am looking for someone who can assist me in a social media campaign - Twitter, Facebook, Instagram - in order to reach as many interior designers in the UK as quickly as possible. I would like there to be a buzz about the new idea which will ideally result in many new members and activity on the site.
It would be ideal to talk through the ideas to start with and then plan a campaign. Initially I would like to make a plan for January through to March, a month at a time, and if things are going well I might engage you longer term. I don't know whether I will need a few hours per week or per day at this stage, we will have to discuss this.
An eye for design and layout would also be very helpful.
