Experience Level: Entry
We are in search of an individual to fill the position of Head of Growth, where you will be the sole driver behind our ambitious revenue plans. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will take charge of improving the entire customer lifecycle.
The responsibilities include developing and communicating a comprehensive growth marketing plan, analyzing acquisition and retention strategies, and taking ownership of customer acquisition channels such as paid ads, display ads, SEO, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing.
As the Head of Growth, you will also be responsible for customer conversion, collaborating with sales and the UX/UI team to identify and implement improvements in messaging, pricing, and UX. Ensuring customer retention, quick 'AHA' moments, low churn, and increased customer lifetime value will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders across sales, finance, marketing, development, operations, and customer success to communicate plans effectively. Analyzing metrics using tools like GA, Google Tag Manager, and Plausible to measure and improve CAC, MRR, and LTV will be part of your analytical focus.
The ideal candidate for the Head of Growth role should have leadership experience in a growth marketing role or someone who has been solely responsible for growth in their previous position. Experience in the Cloud or SaaS business, a data-first approach, advanced proficiency in analytics tools, excellent communication skills, and a degree are essential qualifications.
