THE ROLE
We are seeking a versatile and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead our online marketing initiatives. Your role will be crucial in driving our brand's digital presence and audience engagement through effective marketing strategies to drive registration and attendance of our webinars designed to enhance communication and emotional intimacy in relationships.
PROJECT SCOPE
Objective: Enhance Moments of Intimacy’s online presence and audience engagement across digital platforms, driving webinar registrations and product sales.
Deliverables:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop an integrated marketing strategy encompassing email campaigns, social media marketing, and paid ads.
2. Content Creation: Produce engaging, brand-aligned content for various platforms.
3. Campaign Execution: Implement, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns.
4. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations for optimization.
5. Community Engagement: Foster active engagement with our online community, enhancing brand loyalty.
Timeline: Establish initial campaign strategies and content within 4 weeks, with ongoing optimization and reporting.
Collaboration: Work closely with the program facilitator and sales funnel teams to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans, including email campaigns, social media strategy, and paid advertising.
• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize for maximum reach and conversion.
• Collaborate with the team to align digital marketing strategies with overall business operations and goals.
• Create compelling ad campaigns with a clear ROI focus.
• Engage with our community, responding to comments and fostering a positive environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Creative, adaptable, sociable, and analytical, with a knack for engaging storytelling and a pulse on digital trends.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
• Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, visual storytelling, SEO, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in analytics tools and social media ad platforms.
