Design facebook, twitter and linkedin profile and social media strategy going forward

Currently have a facebook business page, twitter account and linkedin profile linked to business website but dont actively use accounts.

Would like the facebook page and twitter account to be professionally designed to link in with the feel of website and a review of the linkedin profile to ensure complete.

Going forward looking for monthly support as to a social media strategy via all 3 platforms to increase my online presence.

Ideally would like to deal with someone locally for face to face meeting and discuss but happy to deal with ideal person from anywhere in UK either via telephone/email/skype.
