Collaborator required for design project

I have started a small design project and need assistance to develop it further. I create minimalist portraits of important and creative people (e.g., novelists, poets, artists). I present these in grid formation and sell prints on Etsy (https://www.etsy.com/shop/curiousfacesdesign). As I focus on esteemed cultural figures, my target audience is educated and appreciative of minimalist design.

At minimum, I would like to develop a marketing strategy to improve traffic and sales. I have an Instagram page. However, social media and marketing is outside of my wheelhouse (I have ideas, though limited ability to realise them). On a grander scale, I really admire Maison Kitsune. I would love to build a plan to expand the brand, such that I might create apparel and other items of high quality.

I am looking to have a conversation with a creative person, experienced in brand development and social media. I want somebody who will buy into the ethos of my idea and see the potential for expansion. I am open to a straightforward agreement whereby I pay for services to improve the public facing aspect of the business. If I connect with the right person, I would also be excited to develop a collaborative partnership, whereby we agree to split profit and share ownership of the brand that we build.

Either way, I'm keen to start a conversation to see what can happen.
