I create video content and social posts, but I need a talented social media/content assistant to ensure our content strategy is spot-on and drives growth across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This is a hands-on role with real impact:

Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule content with the right mix, lengths, and formats for each platform
Stay up to date with trends, algorithms, and best practices across FB, IG, and TikTok
Input strategically into our PR and social media strategy
Execute posts efficiently, ensuring engagement and audience growth
About you:
You understand what works on each platform and how to grow an engaged audience
You are proactive, creative, and confident contributing ideas to a fast-growing brand
You can take direction but also act independently to deliver excellent results
