As a Social Media Manager for the kids brand Dinky Mix, you will have the chance to take complete ownership of the role you will be required to use your creativity and innovative skills to create, manage and schedule posts.
We are looking for someone to manage our social media pages and create content in line with the company ethos of creating pride in culture, positive self-identity and a sense of belonging. We are looking for a self-motivated, innovative, and talented individual who has a keen creative eye for creating excellent new content We need someone who has some experience in copywriting, creating, and scheduling multiple contents across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter at a consistent level which will drive interest, engagement and conversation around the Dinky Mix brand which will convert to sales.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media
Content strategy, creation and management.
Across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Dinky MIx Blog
Existing content will need to be managed and pushed to relevant social media platforms throughout the winter season from beginning of Dec to end of Feb.
Content will need to be created that is relevant for the Spring season. Ready to be pushed from the beginning of March to end of May.

Monthly call-in meeting to review stats and insights from social media platforms
creating solutions to increase reach and engagement for the following quarter.

QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in many social media platforms
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Some knowlegde of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is ideal


Initial requirement of 20 hours pcm. Paid at £10 per hour (neg)
Freelancer to invoice for hours of service on the 28th of the month.
Invoices submitted are payable on the 1st. of the month
Hoping to have someone ready to start by 1st December 2020
