Valencia, ESThey helped a lot to formulate my twitter posts. They offered more posts per day than the other social media managers and I was really happy about that. They grew my followers organically. I would have wanted more engagement with other twitter followers and faster replies in the PPH workstream - sometimes it took a while. I was glad that they were willing to tweak some things as we went along. All in all a good experience working with ELDA.
