Description
Experience Level: Expert
As a medium-sized theatre school, we currently have six academy locations (in European cities) and plan to open more academies in 2024. 6 Academy locations = G, Z, Zu, L, B, A.
We would like a distinct FB page and Instagram accounts for each city location. These need to be set up in a cohesive and simple-to-run way where parent and child pages can be linked on Facebook, and whilst stand-alone accounts on Instagram should all be linked to the same meta account.
Going forward we would like content generation to be linked so that some brand/HQ posts can be shared across all accounts, alongside city-specific posts planned and scheduled by local academy staff.
As until now, the accounts have been created organically as the business has grown, we need some assistance in 'tidying up' and linking the existing accounts (in Meta) and also with Hubspot through which we schedule content. Or recommendations for a more suitable platform through which to do this.
There may be further work with social media strategy. Though content generation will be done in-house.
At present, we have one main FB page (4.2k followers) for our largest/original location G. Content is scheduled and posted via Hubspot.
We have two Instagram accounts, one for the main location G (2k followers) and content is Content is scheduled and posted via Hubspot. The second insta account is (combined) for locations Z & Zu (this insta account may need to be split as they grow) (1k followers). This account was created by the academy manager, but I have recently managed to transfer ownership of this to the meta account owner of the main Facebook page (location G).
There is also a fledgeling Instagram account for one of the new locations A (set up as a test by myself a few weeks ago - <10 followers). Two further new Instagram accounts for the further 2 locations (L & B) will need to be created. Everyhting will then (ideally) be linked to Hubspot.
There are also historic 'studio' pages for 2 of the locations (G & Z) on Facebook - these were set up as 'stores' I believe but I am not sure if this is the best way to proceed. These are currently archived and not used.
I have a case study/example of a similar business that successfully runs multiple locations accounts alongside a 'parent' account that I would like to copy but am stuck as to where to begin and looking for freelance support!
Thank you if you've read this far, I am interested to hear from anyone with experience of setting up and running 'franchise' type social media accounts for SMEs. Whilst hubspot is currently used for scheduling social, it may not be possible with this number of accounts, so a recommendation on which platform to use to accommodate accounts for this type of business model would be required.
Best wishes

I would suggest Hootsuite. I have used it and it's fantastic. They handle franchise social media marketing very well. I can assist you in setting up and running the accounts from a centralized place. McDonald's does that.
