Creative Growth Partner Needed for Art Brand – Paid Trial Project

I run Paunoonoo Art (www.paunoonoo.art), a watercolour fashion illustration brand based in London.

My work focuses on elegant feminine portraiture, fashion illustration, art prints, original artwork, digital products, and creative lifestyle content.

I am currently building the business and looking for the right person to help me grow it into a strong and profitable brand.

This is NOT a standard social media manager role.

I am looking for someone who understands branding, aesthetics, content strategy, business growth, and how to help an artist turn creative work into real income.

- Paid Trial Project

Before starting a longer-term working relationship, I would like to begin with a small paid trial project.

The goal is to find someone who can think strategically, bring ideas independently, and help build real sales—not just post on social media.

Please review my brand and help me answer:

1. How can I increase sales of my art prints and digital products?

2. What would you improve first across my website, Etsy, YouTube, Instagram, and overall online presence?

3. How would you help drive traffic that turns into actual paying customers?

4. What income streams would you prioritise first for fastest realistic growth?

5. What would your first 30-day action plan look like?

I want practical, strategic thinking; not generic marketing advice.

- Future Ongoing Work

If we work well together, this can grow into ongoing weekly support of around:

- 10 hours per week

including:

* content strategy
* editing support
* filming guidance
* YouTube / Reels / Shorts planning
* Etsy improvements
* traffic growth
* sales strategy
* outreach ideas
* email list growth
* business development

There would also be occasional in-person meetings and filming sessions in Central London.

- Budget

Longer-term work would begin from approximately:

£10/hour to start

with room to grow as results and sales improve.
