New Business Linkedin Brand and Launch

Retired solution sales professional launching a consulting practice. I have a personal LinkedIn profile with over 1000 contacts, many of whom are potential clients.

Separate from LinkedIn, my new business already has a website.

So for Linkedin, I would like:

-- LinkedIn brand for my new business ( a LinkedIn business page? or whatever)
-- Help announcing my new business to my existing contacts with links back to my website & Linkedin page
-- optional marketing services to targeted Linkedin personas who are potential clients (unknown people to me)

As a retiree, cost is a consideration. I would like proposals that clearly indicate the deliverables and fees. Fixed fee only to kick off the project, please.
