-Recommend strategies for growth, including organic and paid campaigns.
Content Creation & Curation:
-Collaborate with our team to create engaging content.
-Source relevant industry news and insights for sharing.
-Design visually appealing post images and infographics in line with our branding guidelines.
Engagement & Community Management:
-Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
-Foster engagement by initiating and participating in relevant LinkedIn conversations.
-Analyse follower trends and feedback to adapt our strategy.
Reporting & Analytics:
-Provide monthly performance reports highlighting metrics like engagement rate, follower growth, lead generation, etc.
-Use insights to refine and adapt our LinkedIn strategy.
Required Skills & Experience:
-Proven experience managing LinkedIn profiles for B2B businesses or consultancies.
-Strong understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm, best practices, and latest features.
-Ability to craft engaging content tailored for a B2B audience.
-Knowledge of LinkedIn ads management would be a bonus.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
