Help scaling my linkedin

I'm looking for someone to help me scale my LinkedIn outreach, which is currently being throttled by LinkedIn's weekly connection request limits. I need help sourcing 2–3 aged, warmed-up LinkedIn accounts with existing connections, and setting up automation tools (I currently use Lemlist) to run outreach across them safely. I want to own and manage the process myself — I'm not looking for ongoing management, just the setup and handover. Please include your proposed approach, tools, and costs in your proposal.
