Design and run LinkedIn ad campaign

We are a technology company and we want to run a LinkedIn campaign that will promote one of our technology partners and the service that we can deliver.

The objective of the campaign is to generate leads and the target market will be the UK & Ireland. We have an advert budget of $1200 that can run until the end of April.

I want to receive proposals from interested parties that encompass the following:

1. Guidance for the advert and best approach
2. Design the advert/graphics in line with supplier guidelines
3. Run the campaign until the end of April.
