We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our social media and client engagement activities. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence, engaging with potential clients, and managing leads effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
**Phase 1 - Positioning:**
Instagram Profile Optimization: Change the Instagram profile name to better reflect our brand, add relevant emojis for a more engaging bio, and include a Calendly link for easy appointment scheduling.
Calendly Integration: Implement a screening questionnaire on Calendly to qualify potential clients effectively.
**Phase 1.1 - Content Creation:**
Canva Templates: Access our Canva account to create visually appealing templates tailored for our brand.
Instagram Stories: Generate and post 5 engaging stories per day on Instagram, utilizing the created Canva templates.
**Phase 2 - Attracting Clients:**
Social Media Posts: Craft and publish captivating posts on social media, especially designed to attract new clients (e.g., announcing limited availability for client slots).
Outreach Script Writing: Develop a script for initiating connections with potential clients on Instagram.
Client Engagement: Proactively connect with 30-40 new accounts daily on Instagram, aiming to expand our network and client base.
Lead Tracking: Meticulously record all responses and interactions in our Leads Pipeline/Tracking system, using Google Sheets for efficient monitoring and follow-up.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
Experience in social media management, particularly Instagram.
Proficiency in using Canva for creating digital content.
Excellent written communication skills for crafting engaging posts and scripts.
Familiarity with Calendly and Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
