Social Media Specialist 4 Instagram find followers & like posts

Hello,
We are looking for a social media specilist who can run several account at the same time. Paying more attentio to Instagram, turn page into business style with circle of different departments, brands, countries and exc.
We would like to know how you can engage the followers, in which way on Instagram?
What kind of Followers and Likes do you offer?
Are they real or just look like real? We need only REAL followers and REAL likes. Real followers and Likes should have be from countries of our choice, have real profile pictures, register on Instagram long ago, not few months ago, have profile pictures and have posts, have followers and following someone. I do not want to have any floowers or likes from 0 or just a few followers profiles.
Im looking to work on a big scale with several clients of our company, however, I need to know if your followers:
1. Real followers from countries of our choice, no poor countries followers basically.
2. Real followers with at least few years on Insta present
3. Real followers with normal human name and real profile pictures
4. Real followers that have many posts, many followers and many followeing others
5. No boot
Can you engaged around 1000-5000 followers per month? Please let me know your ability and the cost please. Followers on the page must come with Likes on the post. We will be paying a monthly salary and depending on your experience. But roughly around 50 euro if you can updates profile regulary, do reels, promotion, video promo, vouchers and exc, cirle of interest and engage at least 2000-3000 followers and 2000-3000 likes during the month.
