Gain Instagram followers

I'm starting up a business selling lingerie, however I am not at the point of trading yet. I have set up social media accounts and looking to gain followers (mostly relevant - women of any age, preferably from U.K). Please let me know if you can provide this, roughly how many followers you can provide and how long this might take. Other suggestions for ways you can help me grow are welcome.
