A small yoga brand is launching it's first online course on Udemy.
The project:
1. A paid social media campaign on facebook - create and optimise a simple funnel strategy with an automated email flow to retarget the customers that slipped through the net in the first place. The objective is to generate leads and achieve sales by building trust.
2. Organic search - define activities that we should take or content to create to grow this over time.
Target audiences:
Cyclists, runners, triathletes
Dieters/weightloss
Busy professionals aged 25-60
Parents
Office workers
Work breakdown:
Possible copy for website landing pages (if required)
Production of facebook adverts
Production & setup of automated email campaign
Management for launch & optimisation
Current ideas:
5 day yoga challenge on social media
A free download to grow mailing list/with email campaign
Instant energise - yoga in 15minutes a day

Budget for paid advertising will be set in collaboration with the chosen person. It will be linked to sales, so the more we sell the bigger this can be each week. Monitoring for fast iteration at launch will be important. It is undecided at this point if the ongoing management would be outsourced or done internally.
