Social media business page creation

I need a social media expert who can create a FaceBook business page and link it to my Twitter account. I also require the FaceBook page to be linked to numerous relevant groups so that any updates are spread across a wide network.

I have created a Linkedin company page but this needs to be looked at and potentially started again so that it links with Twitter & FaceBook.

Finally, I want relevant content to be automatically posted across the 3 platforms, on a regular basis. My aim is to have 5,000 followers across all platforms in the next 3 months.

I am open to other ideas on how I can achieve the above.
