I need a Social Media ad campaign expert

I am looking into the possibility of starting a website similar in nature to Airbnb. I am investigating if there will be enough interest in the idea.

I would like to find a London based freelancer with strong experience and proven track record in social media ad campaign marketing to set up an advert targeting home owners in London who have expressed an interest in becoming Airbnb hosts.

The goal of the ads will be to drive these people to my landing page to register their email addresses.
