We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Facebook Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our Facebook marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and analyzing Facebook Ads to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic and sales.
Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns (Lead Generation, Traffic, Engagement, and Conversion campaigns).
Develop creative ad copy, visuals, and audience targeting strategies.
Monitor campaign performance daily, optimizing for ROI, reach, and engagement.
Analyze data and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
Stay updated with Facebook Ads trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Test different ad formats, placements, and audiences to improve results.
Manage and grow Facebook Pages and Groups, including posting content, engaging with followers, and responding to messages.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging ad creatives.
Track ad spend and manage advertising budgets efficiently.
