Hereford, GBnot happy with the results. only 5 converstions after £1k spent
Muhammad Yaseen Z.
He got 5 conversions with a £250 budget, not £1,000. The client hired me to create the campaigns and optimize them after two weeks. His January budget was only £250. He offers four services and initially targeted the UK and the Middle East, which is a very broad audience for such a small budget. The daily budget was £9, and after 4–5 clicks, the campaign automatically paused because the budget was exhausted.
When I created the campaign, I clearly informed the client that the budget was too low for the selected locations and services. However, as per his request, I adjusted the targeting to the UK and Ireland. Despite these limitations, he still received 5 conversions in the first month.
The client does not have a physical clinic and offers online mental health sessions for £70 per session. For the UK audience, this price is reasonable, but for the Ireland audience, it may be considered high. Conversions also depend heavily on service pricing. My role is to target the right audience and drive qualified traffic to the ads. Getting 5 conversions with a £250 budget is not a bad result.
The second issue is trust. Since he only offers online services, has no physical clinic, and requires full payment before booking an appointment, many people may hesitate. Some may think it is a scam. In online appointment-based businesses, customers often prefer a consultation first or stronger trust signals before making full payment.
During my management period, the client also used some of our strategies but clicked 2–3 times on Microsoft Ads recommendations without carefully reviewing them. After accepting those recommendations, Microsoft automatically added many broad keywords, which negatively affected the campaign targeting and performance.
After the end of the first month, I sent the invoice on 10 February and gave the client a 5-star rating. You can also check the client’s profile to see when I left the review. However, after the end of the second month, he gave me a 3-star rating. I am not sure why he is now saying that he got only 5 conversions from a £1,000 budget, which is incorrect. I have ad results screenshots and PPH chat messages as proof showing that we received 5 booked appointment conversions with a £250 budget.
He not hire me for february month then why i check and optimize his campaign. If he spend £750 for 2nd month and not got more conversion then its is not my fault.
