We are an established summer camp based in Tarifa, Spain, specializing in watersports (kitesurf, windsurf, wingfoil) and international language programs for teenagers aged 14–17.
Our target audience is twofold:
- Parents aged 40–55, who are the decision-makers.
- Teenagers 14-17, who are the end users and often influence the parents.
We are looking for a social media marketing specialist who understands how to promote niche products with a clearly defined audience. Your task will be to help us improve our visibility and engagement primarily on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with a focus on conversion (leads and bookings) rather than just reach.
We are not selling a mass-market product—our offering is premium and limited in time, availability, so a thoughtful, targeted approach is key.
What we’re looking for:
Suggestions for content that resonates with our two audiences in Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
Knowledge of educational, travel, or family-oriented products is a big plus
Budget:
Open to proposals. Please indicate what you can offer within a reasonable scope and timeline, as we are 6–7 weeks away from camp start.
