Hi, I'm Paul, and I run a training business within the property sector (essentially, we teach people how to successfully invest in property), and we've going through a time of real growth this year, and I have a NEW Opportunity as I'm looking for experienced Social Media & Social Engagement Manager to help grow our brand awareness (with new customers) and indeed support our existing community - by serving them with both relevant content and great engagement.
I have a lot of content that can be edited and re-purposed, and we will also be looking fresh content (eg opinions on issues in the news affecting the property industry, taking case studies from our current students and re-purposing them for multiple platforms etc). We'll also want other platforms setting-up, as we've historically been focused mostly on Facebook.
I have invested in a social media channel management software, so you'll have 1 portal login to run every social platform through, and can schedule posts, and respond to comments and messages all in one palce.
As this is something new for up, it's hard to say exactly what hours we'll need, but I'd have thought somewhere around 10 hours per week to get started.
I'm looking for someone who is already a Social Media Manager (with proven experience) and ideally someone who is already freelancing (as opposed to just starting to 'try out' working from home). References and examples of work / portfolio will be required, and please feel free to send these with your response / proposal.
We can be flexible in terms of hours / days, as the posts can be scheduled in advance.
I've used PPH in the past and am grateful to have had a good response, so I'd like to express my thanks in advance for your response/proposal. We will endeavour to reply to everyone who 'clearly' demonstrates relevant experience for the role, but in the process of finding the right person, we may not be able to reply to to everyone individually.
We hope to have found the right person in the next 2 week, to start 'officially' from July.
