IG Social Media Manager - Organic Growth & Content Creation

We are a premium eco-friendly bikini brand with an Italo-Argentinian identity, known for sustainable practices, vibrant prints, and a refined visual aesthetic.

We are seeking a freelance Instagram manager to drive organic growth and manage our account (currently ~2,000 followers). This role is intended as a long-term collaboration following a successful 1-month trial.

Our brand operates across Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Greece. The Instagram communication is global and in English, targeting all four markets with a cohesive, premium voice. As we expand, we need a refreshed strategy to ensure our content resonates across these countries while maintaining the elegance and identity of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

-Implement organic niche and geo-targeted growth strategies (no bots, no follow/unfollow methods)
-Daily Instagram Stories posting
-Content creation: use our professional visuals and Canva templates, or create original content aligned with our brand identity
-Feed planning, posting, and caption writing
-Hashtag and location research
-Community engagement and interaction
-Develop and refine Instagram strategy for a premium sustainable fashion brand across multiple markets
