We are a growing e-commerce business looking for a Facebook Ads Comments Moderator to join our team. As our Facebook Ads Comments Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating comments on our Facebook ads to ensure a positive and engaging customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor comments on our Facebook ads and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and address any negative comments or feedback on our ads, and work with our customer support team to resolve any issues.
- Remove any spam or inappropriate comments from our ads.
- Keep up-to-date with our product offerings and be able to answer customer questions accurately.
- Provide insights and feedback to the marketing team on customer sentiment and feedback on our ads.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Comments Moderator or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult customer interactions.
- Familiarity with Facebook advertising and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
