Content creation and social media management for 3 months

I’m looking for someone who can help build a new start up brand that recently launched on Etsy. Initially this would be for 3 months with a view to extension if deliverables are met.
The brand is a premium candle business and primary channels are instagram, Pinterest and Facebook. The deliverables can be agreed on together but the goals are awareness and ultimately conversion on Etsy. This includes increasing followers on Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook, driving traffic to the Etsy shop resulting in sales.
I’m looking for someone who can create the content and manage it - optimising ads where needed and balancing the goals of awareness and conversion.
The brand is premium, stylish and quite bold and definitely has a unique feel to it. It is U.K. based and I’m looking for someone in the U.K. who appreciates it is a start up (so organic taking precedence over paid) and is keen to put their own creative feel into the content and help grow the business.
I work in PR so have some experience in social media marketing but would love to find someone to help steer and make the best use of limited resources.
