Simple Content Management

I am looking for a simple content management system with unlimited pages, subpages and SEO friendly urls.

I also need to be able to create multiple image galleries and be able to place individual galleries on a page using a tag such as {gallery_1} etc.

The CMS should run on PHP using a MySQL database.

I would like a TinyMCE included, but I would also like the option to switch off the editor in the config file.
