We have just launched a new website for our tour company based in the UK. It mainly sells Day-trips and European weekend tours to foreign students and tourists. Every year we run an 11-day tour around Europe and the majority of the sales for that comes through Tour Radar or Viator. We would like this year to have more direct sales on our website instead.
So here is our strategy which I would like to start from next week - the prime time for the sale of Christmas tours:
Google Adwords Budget: £1000 + any 'free' vouchers you may have?
Minimum target of sales through Adwords (must be able to track): 8 European tours @ £950 ea.
Available seats left to sell: 30+
Minimum we will pay (if target is not met): £150
Maximum we will pay: £30/European Tour booking ~ up to £1000 MAX
Campaign length - at least 4 weeks or until sold out.
We can change anything on the site to make leads convert better. The new website was launched last week and we're still optimising it and will be ready on Monday for a campaign start. Our company is 7 years old, well established and with good reviews (4.2 / 5). We have never seriously used Adwords or any form of paid online marketing before. We have already set up Analytics, Search Console and Adwords of which you'd have access.

What we are looking for:
We would like to hear from experts with at least 5 years experience and have ideally worked in the Travel Niche before in regards to online paid advertising, specifically Adwords. This person would need to fine tune the campaign to increase its efficiency and most importantly ROI until the campaign is complete. All techniques used must be of a high standard and in no way 'black hat'.
We will choose the best candidate on Friday midday and start the campaign on Monday evening.
We are looking forward to hearing from potential candidates!
