Research and admin support

I need to provide background research to support a financial report on the market opportunity for a specialist law firm. I have been working on the project for over 1 year and am about to appoint a firm of accountants to produce a report. To keep their fees down, I want to do as much background work as possible, then provide them with packages of supporting information. (For example, we think it will be possible to use a non-solicitor firm to handle the basic client paperwork, to keep costs low. So the research would involve googling such firms, finding out their history, capabilities, range of services, costs etc. A written report probably won't be needed - instead, the research would be saved to a folder for the accounts to browse later). There is likely to be other admin work, some of which is boring but requires you to be methodical, such as renaming files. Confidentiality is critical. You are likely to have a research background or business analysis, but could equally be an experienced PA. You must be familiar with Excel as well as Word and Google. I will need to speak to you before we start; chemistry will be important because although I have tried to give a good flavour of the work, in reality you need to be very flexible, the deliverables could easily change. Most of the work will be remote using dropbox, but if you could occasionally visit central london or cheltenham that might be an advantage, but not a dealbreaker. I would like to appoint someone by the end of Friday, to start Monday, so this job won't stay live for long.
