Photo Gallery dedicated to single geographical region
Site is free: on every page there must be three adsense banners

Users upload their photos by pc, mobile or tablet. Site must be mobile responsive.

Photos when uploaded are watermarked in a corner by gallery site URL of the user.

To upload photos visitors must register accepting terms and conditions. flagging button in registration form. I will provide terms and conditions. New Users must verify their e-mail
Users can fill their profile with avatar and details.
Users can upload their photos only if they accept / agree terms & Conditions flagging button in uploading forms.
Users can write info about their photo: title, notes, comments, equipments they used, locations and info(technical and local information).
For every photo, site will show info provided by user but also info saved in picture file. Each user can manage, modify, and delete only his own photos.
There is a maximum size limit for picture.

Uploaded photos must be approved by admin before being published.
Registered and e-mail verified users can write comments to photos if they agree to terms and conditions.  Comments must be filtered to avoid spam and bad words. Users with three  approved comments can directly publish comments. Users' mail addresses are never shown to web. Visitors can contact user by form.

Users rate and comment other users' photos
Photos are geotagged by manual location in uploading form or by automatic positioning given by coordinates in picture file
Photos can be browsed as thumbnail on map of the region
Photos can be browsed as thumbnail and text by location directory (e.g.province, city, village.
Photos can be browsed by tags and keywords, users

Interactive map flagged with photo icons and/or thumbnails
Users can decide to be warned when photos are uploaded according to location area and/or tags. 

Every picture page show all the details about picture, plus views, rating and comments and social sharing buttons. By default all pictures are shown at fixed resolution according to device, but users have a link to download the original size photo if owner agreed. Photos are ALL watermarked.

Seo friendly site but very easy interface too. Great usability needed!
Site must be in English Language and in Italian: i will provide italian translation.
