Quotation & Interior Designer Company needed to Bank Refurb...

I have been instructed by a high street bank to undergo the project management of the design, development and internal refurbishment of one its branches. I have produced a design brief that has been attached to this job, that was produced with the directors of the branch. The design brief identifies the complete works required and the extents of the refurbishment.

The entire amount of works required has been identified. I need a reputable company or freelancer to provide a quote for the works identified. Please bear in mind i have been asked to Project Manage the entire process alongside the winning bidder.

I require a professionally drafted quotation identifying and confirming all of the works listed in the design brief alongside the costings for the works to be produced. i have identified all aspects of the design that need to be designed and implemented. You would need to provide and confirm that you will provide all the drawings identified, complete with all technical joinery details.

I would prefer and suggest that the quotation is written professionally and in your own letter heads. I have organised a meeting with the branch director and will be comparing all the quotes and prices against the works noted in your quote against those required in the design brief.

The site is based in Leicester and for obvious reasons as explained in the design brief site visits would be required. Please allow for the site visits in your quotation.

I will only be short-listing 3-5 Bids, from the quotations provided to discuss in the meeting for selection.

PLEASE NOTE At this stage i only require you to quote for stage 2, but please acknowledge stage 3 (if you can provide it).

Please note that the price is not the biggest issue, it is more about the quality that you can provide, which will hopefully be evident in your quotation and description of works.
