New website using Joomla

Required:

- New website for Google Apps for Business reseller..
- The site should be approximately 17 pages (only 5 pages will require designing since the layout of most of the pages will be the same)
- Will use Joomla CMS. No custom or alternative CMS offers please..
- Three rotating images on home page highlighting solutions/services (see link below for more info on this - strictly no Flash or Silverlight)
- Basic purchase/checkout options using Google Wallet and PayPal. (this is not an eCommerce site).
- No hosting or ongoing support required.
