New design to current site.

Hi.

I have a auction site just like Ebay. I need a new design for it, beacuse as it is looking now i have users/visitors "running" away from it.

You need to be able to implement the design once done.

I will provide a test login to my site to the winning offer, so you can log in and see the user area, create listing etc.
