Need to develop mobile app using artificial intelligence

Need to develop Mobile app( android and iOS) in artificial intelligence for a jewelry company
1. user will open the app and there must be some 2D and 3D ring
2. Now user will use app and app and select hand ( left or right)
3. Now use the AI to fit that ring in his or her finger
4. user can record the video also and share with there love once
