Need an Excel expert

Description of excel work: This is an easy request for an Excel expert that should not take more than an hour worth of work. I am using a custom Excel spreadsheet calculator that requires data entry at some cells. I need these cells to be related to a lookup table on a separate excel sheet on the same workbook. The lookup table has five criteria that must be selected and which lead to one result. This result is then entered into the cell in the calculator. I will add to the lookup table as needed.

I want to stylize the form with my company logo and a more professional simplified form (willing to pay more if needed).

Question - The tables sheet has 5 variables, I see that.Type, Feature, Temp Rating, AWG and Pairs. This combination of the 5 variables leads to an O.D. However, in the CFC sheet you just have "Cable Information". What information will be put in here and in what format to enable us to lookup the correct answer from the tables sheet?

Answer: Let's say I am in "CFC" sheet on cell B4...the O.D. from "Tables" sheet would automatically enter in B4. Same for cells B5-B13 which are for O.D. result arrived at in lookup "Tables" sheet. Quantity is manually entered. "Tables" sheet is just a lookup table whereby the same six parameters "Type", "Feature", "Temp Rating ( C)", "AWG", "Pairs", and "O.D. (IN.) will remain a constant BUT data content size of the Table will grow over time.
