We have a promotional video that has a VO, but we need this re-done in a professional tone. The idea here is to replace the existing VO in the video. Timing will be essential (saying the words at the same time as the existing one in the video so we can use your VO to replace the old one). Will provide the audio and video link.

For £10 you are going to get someone with a really cheap microphone, no studio and limited editing experience. Basically someone who hasn't done much voiceover work, which is a shame because you clearly want it to sound professional.

Shame your budget is only £10, as you are unlikely to get a Professional Voiceover for that !
